VAN BELLE Jean Marc: I booked then, linked by Wizzair a car, but
when i arrived at the airport, the debetcard where i paid with, seemed NOT to
be valid for the warranty. So they told me to keep the reservation for
another flight.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: Today i booked another flight and Wizzair told
me to go to the airport again and also there they told me to contact Thrifty,
the partner on the original renting of the I20.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: At the phone now, they said the working company
has changed since then, so i had to go into the reservation again (in
Bulgarian), but it is not possible to change some data or to have some refund
for the renting amount of 61,50 EUR like they said me to reuse for my later
flight.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: The flight now is W6 4326 of Wizzair
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: and W6 4325.

dates: sunday 15/5/2016 19:30 and car back (I20) monday 23/05/2016 10:45.

told me by phone to you.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: Wizz air told me to communicate first to you
and then give the information back to them for commercial purposes.
Melita: I can see that you have spoken to someone
on the phone already about this.

You have to
communicate with the company who made the booking for you
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: Yes, am i at the wrong office, because now i am
IN the reservation document and there was the option 'chat'. Use the French
numbers then?

Do you have a
booking reference number as this booking number you have entered is for a
booking from last year.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: No, when i entered the new booking number, they
would NOT refund the other amount they said, and now i use a credit card
instead of a debet card, so it would be impossible to refund anything, they
said at Wizzair.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: Otherwise i would have finished the booking
immediately with my airplane ticket, as they normally do.

What is your current
reference number ?
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: There is NO reference number, because i had to
pay the full amount of 133,84 EUR and then i phoned Wizzair for this.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: Only the old reservation number that, they told
me, is still 'open for arrangement' as i did not get the I20 car with me on
the 27the of november. Do you understand or is it better i make a schedule?

are querying a refund about a booking that you made last year ?
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: 1. Reservation flight in november

This booking is not
still open as the pick up was last year
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: Yes, last year, they said they would not repay
it as i planned to use a car also later on in 2016.

VAN BELLE Jean Marc: 4. When getting the car, Post card seemed to be
a debit card, not a credit card
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: 5. I asked my bank to have a credit card
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: 6. Now i want to use it as they asked me to.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: In future, i would also need more often a car.
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: I am becoming a Bulgarian the next 5 years, so
am more than have the time in Bulgarian and less than half a year in Belgium
(i am an official accountant + lawyer in Belgium)
VAN BELLE Jean Marc: But i have a Bulgarian residency now (to pay
10% taxes and to learn the language and already am a sechedovotel in Bulgaria
too now).

The booking from
last year is not accessible as you did not have the correct documents to pick
the vehicle up.

The supplier asks
that you provide a credit card for this rental hire.

said it was more easy than a refund of the amount.

supplier direct about this I am unable to see any notes on the booking
keeping the booking for a later date. I can only suggest that you contact the
company that advised you of this to see if they have any further information.

confirmed) and with the logo wizz and powered by 'rentalcars.com'.

I am unable to find any information about holding this booking for a later
date.

what has happened and what you were informed.

office of the rental company AT Sophia airport.

did not get me further however (we have to stay honest, it is not something
emotional and i have more responsibilities than most people because i combine
more jobs than most of us). I will try to make the world a little bit better

wait).
